Detection of non-indigenous marine species from port water samples

The sampling SOP for the 'Detection of Non-Indigenous Marine Species from Port Water Samples' 
within `Biodiversity Genomics Europe <https://biodiversitygenomics.eu/>`_ project follows the 
guidelines provided in :ref:`the water sampling section <sampling_water>`.

Data availability
=================

The samples were registered in 
`PlutoF biodiversity data management platform <https://plutof.ut.ee/en>`_, 
and through the PlutoF platform, 
the data was :ref:`automatically submitted <publishing_samples_to_ENA>` to **European Nucleotide Archive** (ENA). 

Raw sequences and BioSamples are available in ENA, under the project accession number **PRJEB108476**.
